The Beaumont Botanical Gardens is a public garden located within Tyrrell Park, which includes the Warren Loose Conservatory - the second largest in a public garden in Texas. Explore the theme gardens showcasing camellias, modern and antique roses, bromeliads and native plants connected by a paved walkway offering plenty of benches to sit and relax.

Find your inner peace among the lotuses and water lilies at the Buu Mon Buddhist Temple & Lotus Garden in Port Arthur. The Buddhist also grow several varieties of bamboo, banana and citrus trees. The gardens are the focus of the free annual Lotus Garden & Bamboo Festival held in June. Private tours are available through the rest of the growing season, so be sure to call for an appointment.
