Sail aboard the "Ivory Bill" River Boat to learn about the unique ecosystems along the Neches River with dense bottomland forests of hardwoods and pine trees. The area is home to more than 200 tree species, 47 mammals, 300 birds, and many reptiles and amphibians. Public tours are every Saturday (March - early November) from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Advance registration is required. Public tours are limited to 32 persons.
